The black color represents gratitude towards the father, the yellow color represents gratitude towards the mother, the purplish-red color represents gratitude towards matchmakers, and the white color symbolizes purity.
To prepare Buyi Flower Rice, soak it in cold water for five minutes and then steam it for 30 minutes. It can be consumed as is or paired with various ingredients according to personal preferences, such as meat, honey, sugar, or used to create sushi or sweet desserts.
